Interested in learning to sail?

Townsville yacht Club offers learn to sail courses. Discover Sailing Courses offer a structured way to learn to sail for people new to the sport.

You can register for a Discover Sailing Course with no prior sailing experience, or you may have already had an opportunity to get out on the water by participating in a Discover Sailing Day or Discover Sailing Experience.

What to expect from your Discover Sailing course:

• small groups of participants with a similar level of experience
• a participant pack containing resources to facilitate your development
• qualified instructors
• boats and lifejackets provided
• no special clothing required
