Restaurant Manager / Supervisor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced leader, looking to join an organisation that offers a modern venue, a vibrant and regular member-based clientele, great benefits and arguably, the best waterfront drinking and dining location in town.

You will be responsible for overseeing, leading and motivating the front of house team, leading by example in delivering exceptional service to our members and guests on a daily basis, as well as ensure functions and events held at the Club run smoothly.

This is a hands-on role, and you are required to work in the business assisting in all areas where required.

You will engage staff by working alongside them and engage members by being of service to them.

As part of the Leadership Team, you will develop a strong understanding of our systems and procedures, adhere to policies and standards and ensure staff are also exceeding standards.  .

You will provide direction to staff that aligns with the Club's values and overall direction and provide feedback on performance and continuous improvement opportunities.

Your excellent communication skills will be displayed daily liaising closely with the General Manager, Head Chef, Office Manager and Administration Manager to ensure cohesion across all areas of the Club.

Your strong financial and business acumen will be utilised daily managing and analysing front of house staff budgets and stock controls and budgets. 

The position involves weekends, nights and split shifts.
