Sunday 22nd - Sunday Sesh on the Deck - Warm up for the week ahead with a Sunday Session on the Deck with Live music on the deck from 3:00pm with Arcadia.

Thursday 26th - Australia Day Celebrations

• For the Boaties there is the Australia Day Cruise – all vessels are welcome to participate.  The cruise starts at 11:00am finishing at Picnic Bay for a BBQ lunch at 1:30pm.  The cost is $25.00 per person which includes a delicious BBQ lunch at Picnic Bay Park on Magnetic Island.  Children are free and there will be up to $600 in prizes for best dressed people and boats as well as games for the kids, big and little, and a host of other novel reasons for those attending to get prizes.  To assist with catering we ask everyone to book and pay at the Bar / Office by Sunday 22^nd January.  Bookings and payment by credit card can be made over the phone by phoning 4772 1192 during office hours.
• For the land lovers there will be a BBQ lunch and dinner available at the Club.  Cost is $15 for members and $20 for non-members.  There will be live music on the deck with Arcadia from 3:00pm and Meat Tray raffles and Aussie Trivia giveaways throughout the afternoon and evening.  Please phone 4772 1192 to reserve your table.

Friday 27th - Members Night "Green & Gold" - Undercover will entertain us with live music from 7:00pm.

February 2012

Sunday 5th - Sunday Sesh on the Deck - Join us for a Sunday Session on the Deck with Live music on the deck from 3:00pm with Arcadia.

Sunday 12th - Blessing of the Fleet

• The 2012 Blessing of the Fleet will take place at 11:00am on Sunday 12^thFebruary.  This year’s blessing will be a sail-by/cruise off the Strand.  All Boats are welcome to attend - Nominations close 28/1/11 at a cost of $10.00 per vessel.  All money raised will be donated to the .  The Blessing will be followed by a BBQ and entertainment with Groove back at the Club from 12:30pm.  All donations are in support of the Townsville Coast Guard.

Tuesday 14th

• TCYC Skippers Sign-on – TYC Function room @ 6:30pm.  Briefing to discuss the 2012 Sailing Instructions and Race Calendar and a chance to register boats for the upcoming racing season.

Sunday 19th - Sunday Sesh on the Deck - Join us for a Sunday Session on the Deck with Live music on the deck from 3:00pm with Cold Feet.

Friday 24th - Members Night
